Our Industrial Hot Air Ovens provide a high heating element along with uniform heat distribution. These ovens are used in different process such as baking, which is the crucial step in paint finishing process. The energy saving feature and cost-effective operation ensure profitability in competitive market. We offer Hot Air Ovens in all sizes for batch conveyorised plants. Following are the Features of different models of Hot Air Ovens: Diesel Fired Oven -The oven fitted with one Eco-flame burner make Italy. -One Heat Exchanger Stainless steel. -One blower with standard motor (make Crompton). Fabrication sheet will be 16/18 SWG. -Automatic digital temp control system. -Uniform temp air circulation. -No Direct firing / Heat maintained through Heat Exchanger. -High-class insulation - thickness 100mm. Insulation 25 mm. Insulation of ceramic wool. This wool used in 13000 Temp. & 75 mm. Mineral wool pillow type (Fedder Lloyds make). -Temperature - 50 to 250C.
